As announced a couple days before support will be less available starting now. I think we will be able to check tickets again Sunday or Monday. However still be aware we have limited access to our systems so there is only so much we can do on our holiday!
Please as always: PLEASE carefully READ the instructions and the delivery email. More then 95% of ALL problems can easily be solved by just carefully reading the instructions. Help yourself, read the instructions and you will have a simlock free Samsung that much faster!
